Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from Crafty Sheep. If your item is faulty or you need to discuss a return or exchange, then please contact us via the email below. We may agree to exchange or refund items within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be agreed beforehand, please email us at craftysheeptreasures@gmail.com and let us know the reason for your return and the date of your purchase.
**PLEASE NOTE: This service is only valid on items purchased from craftysheeptreasures.com and NOT from other selling sites, e.g. eBay, Etsy etc.**
**PLEASE NOTE: It will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage when returning any items purchased that are not faulty.
Whilst we are able to cover the cost of outbound postage, we are normally not able to cover the cost of return postage. We will however refund return postage for faulty goods or mistakes made by ourselves.
